Home Services
ActiveHVAC, plumbing, electrical, and the essential trades that homes can't live without. Recession-resistant demand, fragmented ownership, and predictable, service-driven cash flow.
HighTide Capital Group acquires and scales profitable home-services and construction companies, then integrates, operates, and compounds them for the long term.
We concentrate where demand is durable, ownership is fragmented, and cash flow is real, buying proven businesses at the seam between Main Street and institutional capital.

Platform 02
Commercial, civil, and specialty contracting. Project-driven businesses with deep backlogs, real assets, and clear roll-up logic across fragmented regional markets.
A repeatable operating playbook: institutional rigor applied to businesses that have rarely seen it.
Profitable lower-middle-market businesses with $500K+ EBITDA at sub-$5M enterprise value, sourced directly, not through auctions.
Shared services, modern systems, and back-office leverage that remove the bottlenecks owner-operators were never staffed to solve.
Operator-led, never absentee. We install accountable leadership and measure what changes: sequence, systems, and people.
Alignment-first structures with sellers and partners. Transparent economics, fair terms, and incentives pointed the same direction.
Reinvest cash flow into add-on acquisitions and organic growth, building scale advantages and multiple expansion over time.
Long-hold ownership with downside protection. We buy businesses to keep them, and to leave them stronger than we found them.
The categories we're actively building in. We move quickly on the right business, and stay patient for it.

Heating, cooling, and air quality. Recurring service contracts and emergency demand that doesn't wait for the economy.

Repair, replacement, and recurring maintenance. Sticky customer relationships and strong repeat economics.

Residential and light-commercial electrical services with rising demand from electrification and home upgrades.

Roofing, siding, and exterior services. High-ticket projects that bolt cleanly onto a regional services platform.

General contracting and build-out firms with established backlogs, repeat clients, and the bonding capacity to take on durable, recurring project work.

Concrete, grading, and site-prep specialists. Asset-heavy trades that bolt cleanly onto a regional construction platform and deepen its capabilities.
HighTide Capital Group was built on a simple conviction: the best risk-adjusted returns live in the markets larger funds overlook. The lower middle market is full of excellent, profitable businesses, and very little institutional capital that actually understands how to run them.
We acquire home-services and construction companies with real cash flow, then apply the systems, leadership, and discipline that owner-operators were never resourced to build. We are operators first. We measure what changes, fix the bottleneck, and compound from there.
Every acquisition is structured for alignment: fair terms for sellers, transparent economics for partners, and a long-hold horizon that lets good businesses get better. We're not here to flip. We're here to build something that lasts.
Principal-led, hands-on, and accountable for the result. The people deploying the capital are the people doing the work.
